​Bloom’s Pretzels Ltd. formerly Bloom’s Buttery, began circa 2013 when a small German-run artisanal buttery started in Auckland. In 2016, the Lindridge family acquired and worked together to continue making hand-twisted pretzels. 

 

They have leased a new purposely built food-grade premises in Mt Roskill and started importing specialised equipment from around the world to help the growing demand for pretzels here. Since then, they have made Bloom’s Pretzels their own; expanding the team and operations to include a wide selection of flavours, shapes and sizes to meet the needs of our loyal customers, wholesale and retail, and have opened distribution channels with food stores all over the country.

 

They have grown to become a popular store favourite and known in the baking industry with their commitment to delivering the best quality product possible. They use only the finest ingredients and time-honoured recipes to ensure that each and every pretzel is of the highest standards and that each bite satisfies, from the traditional flavours to their unique kiwi twists. 

 

The Bloom's Team still continue attend the weekend markets in Howick, Britomart and Clevedon where they started their journey and love seeing their amazing customers every weekend and hearing feedback about new flavours. Their extended market range includes their popular filled pretzels, loyal customers travel from around Auckland to try these delicious creations.
